Website terms
CUBi confirms scope, price, ownership, timelines, and third-party costs before work begins.
1. About this website
This website explains CUBi's services and provides a guided way to request a business launch. Information is general and does not create a service agreement on its own.
2. Starting estimates
Fixed catalogue items contribute to the displayed starting estimate. Variable documents, unusual requirements, external costs, and work beyond the standard scope are confirmed separately.
3. Quotations and payment
CUBi reviews the request and provides the formal quotation and secure deposit path. Work begins only after the customer accepts the agreed scope and payment requirements.
4. Review and publication
Assisted production does not remove human accountability. CUBi performs an internal review, and no customer work is published until the customer has approved it through the agreed process.
5. Ownership
The final service agreement explains ownership. In general, the customer retains ownership of their domain, business data, supplied assets, business accounts, and commissioned final deliverables. CUBi retains its reusable platform, templates, and internal tools.
6. External services
Domains, email licences, advertising, payment providers, messaging, printing, and other external services remain subject to their own availability, pricing, and terms.
