CUBi uses the details and files you send to assess your request, prepare a quotation, deliver agreed work, and support the project.
1. Who is responsible for your information
CUBi, an Infiniby company, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Privacy enquiries may be sent to privacy@yourcubi.com.
2. Information we collect
A launch request may include your name, business information, contact details, industry, selected services, project description, uploaded images, logos, and documents. The service also records project events, review decisions, and technical security logs.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to respond to the request, check scope, prepare quotations, deliver agreed services, maintain project history, protect access, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
4. Sharing and service providers
CUBi may use providers for hosting, storage, communication, payment, production, and approved AI-assisted work. Access should be limited to what is needed for the service and governed by appropriate arrangements. The current AI-assisted drafting process uses the reviewed business brief, excludes the project contact's private contact details, and does not automatically send the contents of uploaded files to an AI provider.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only for an active request, service delivery, reasonable record keeping, or another lawful purpose. Secure project links must be kept private because they provide access to one project.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction, objection, or deletion where applicable. CUBi may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Complaints
Please contact CUBi first so the concern can be addressed. You may also contact the Information Regulator South Africa using the channels on its official website.
